I WAS WAITING FOR YOU TO SEE THIS. Kaitlyn, it was so fucking INCREDIBLE. I’ve eaten at a handful of Tom Colicchio’s restaurants & Michael Symon seriously gives him a run for his money. We split a side order of the fried brussel sprouts first & there aren’t words for how good those mother fuckers taste. Seriously. Just…perfect. I want to eat those every day of my life. I got the duck confit & he got the porcini crusted sirloin & we both got the potatoes as our side. That was easily the best steak I’ve ever tasted & the duck…THE DUCK. It just melts in your mouth. God damnit Kaitlyn you have to go. Just go. Now. SO GOOD.
Also, I managed to blow out our candle via laughing.
